Cremorne – House Clear-Out
This home has been owned by the same family since built and had almost 100 years of clutter. This was a major job. The client called us saying that they had spent many weekends attempting to cleanup, but seemed to be making no headway.
Armed with the team, we sorted everything from metals and paper, to donations and rubbish. It wasn’t till day five that we found a loaded pistol and 1000s of rounds of ammunition in the main bedroom. By week two, everything was removed including the original carpet. The dusting, vacuuming and cleaning took two days!

Vaucluse – House clear-out
This was a seriously grand property in the 1960s and not a cent has been spent since. The home has been accumulating clutter for over 50 years. A management company hired us to make this house a clear and clean blank canvas, presentable for sale ASAP.
We decluttered 11 tonnes of items, 3 tonnes of paper, and donated 4 tonnes. There were two 600kg safes on the top floor which were carefully manhandled down the stairs and then crane lifted away. The house needed to be treated gently during the clearing process as more damage could have been easily caused

Bondi – House clear-out
The client who had been renting for over a decade in this home became very sick whilst accumulating a lot of clutter. When it came time to move out, the whole overwhelming task was lumped on the extended family who were physically unable. The keys needed to be returned to stop the rental charges ASAP.
A team of 10 people were setup to tackle this task in a day. The hoarding was removed and sorted for charity and waste. A large cleanup with over 5 tonnes of waste. The keys were handed back to the agent before any further rent became due. Job completed in one day.

Fairfield Deceased Estate
This home had all the main issues that we could have faced. Major hoarding, overgrown gardens, and filled with rubbish. Every step of the way was in consultation with the client whilst under immense time restraints.
This job was completed in two stages where the property was transformed ready for an open home, keeping some furniture for presentation and living purposes, and packing a freight storage container. We then returned one week prior to the settlement and clear the complete property ready for handover.
